In addition a further $15,000 can be obtained from the June Home Builder Grant program for building contracts signed between 1/1/2021 and 31/3/2021.
3. Builders’ Contribution
Another great incentive is the Builders’ Contribution where HomeStart gives accreditation to certain builders in South Australia, not all builders, where they will allow that builder to subsidise the whole construction.This means that you don’t have to pay any of your payments whilst the house is being built. The advantage for you is (as a purchaser and a borrower) that you don’t have to make those repayments, and it also means that with that loan, you can actually borrow a higher amount of money.
