The first step in the process is working out how much you can borrow. We'll help you with an initial calculation of your borrowing capacity and through this process we'll also uncover which of the new grants you qualify for. With so many banks to choose from and so many grants available, we'll do the heavy lifting for you. The best part... this can all be done over the phone and online in under 10 minutes.
Next, we help you find the perfect suburb for your first home and importantly, we'll help guide you on block selection within that suburb. This is an important step as many blocks of land will not allow you to qualify for the new $25,000 grant! Blocks must be ready to go (not waiting for council approval) otherwise you'll miss out. We also have a panel of developers with exclusive off market opportunities.
Finally, we'll introduce you to the approved builders on our Builder Panel that offer you full turnkey properties, where your home is delivered completely finished inside and out. Not only that, the contract cannot be altered. This is VERY important as so-called "fixed price" packages usually have sub clauses which blow out the end build price. We'll help you with analysing your build contract.
